Uncut Unboxing Video Requirements:

  • The video must start before opening the package and continue without interruptions until the defect or incorrect product is clearly visible.
  • Ensure that the video is clear and detailed enough to verify the issue.

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team with your order details and the uncut unboxing video.
  • Once the video is verified and the defect or discrepancy is confirmed, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of verification.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for any reasons other than defects or incorrect products.
  • We do not offer refunds for products that are not accompanied by a valid uncut unboxing video.
